In-App Help

Open the Settings menu in the app to:

  • Send feedback or bug reports directly from your device

  • View your app version and system info (helpful when reporting issues)

Please include:

  • A short description of your issue or question

  • Your device type (e.g., iPhone 17, iPad Pro)

  • The app version (found under Settings → About the App)

    This helps us respond faster and more accurately.


If your issue involves data access, account recovery, or a privacy concern, please review our Privacy Policy first — or email us directly with "Privacy" in the subject line.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
